The model
Is this outsourcing?
No. This is dedicated offshore staffing. You get a full-time team member who works exclusively for your business — not shared resources working across multiple clients. You manage the day-to-day work; we provide the staffing infrastructure behind the scenes.
How is this different from VA agencies or outsourcing providers?
Most outsourcing models and VA agencies use shared resources: you don't choose who works on your account, staff rotate, and visibility is limited. We provide dedicated staff who you interview, approve, and integrate into your own systems and workflows.
Can I interview the candidate before they start?
Yes — and we encourage it. Clients can interview and approve every candidate before they join. Nobody starts on your team without your sign-off.
Do staff work UK hours?
Yes. Staff align fully to UK working hours as standard. Flexible or extended coverage can also be arranged where your business needs it.
Who manages the staff day-to-day?
You do — they're your team member, working in your systems to your priorities. We provide structure, HR, support, and oversight behind the scenes, plus UK-based account management throughout.

Why is it cheaper? Is quality lower?
The cost base in India is lower — that's the entire mechanism. It allows access to capable, full-time professionals at a lower overall employment cost. Lower cost does not mean lower standards: candidates are screened, skills-tested, and interviewed by you before starting.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Everything: the professional's salary, a workstation in a managed office, IT infrastructure, HR support, payroll, local compliance, operational oversight, and UK account management. There are no recruitment fees and no hidden costs.
Are there setup fees or long lock-in contracts?
The model is designed to be simple and predictable, with a clear monthly cost per role. Exact commercial terms are confirmed in your proposal before anything is signed.
Hiring & quality
How are candidates vetted?
Candidates go through screening, skills testing, and interviews before being presented to you. Where the role requires it, we match candidates with experience in tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
Are the professionals fluent in English?
Yes. We prioritise strong English communication and UK-facing experience. Communication happens directly through your preferred tools — Teams, Slack, email, Zoom.
How quickly can we get started?
Most clients have their first dedicated team member fully operational within around 4 weeks, depending on role complexity and interview speed.
What happens if the hire isn't right?
We offer a replacement guarantee to reduce your risk, and we manage the replacement process so disruption is minimal. In many cases, issues are resolved through support and alignment before a replacement is needed.
Can we scale beyond one hire?
Yes — many clients start with one role and expand into full teams across finance, admin, support, and marketing. The model is built for long-term team building.
Security & operations
Is our data secure?
Yes. Delivery runs from ISO 27001 certified facilities with access controls, NDAs, secure handling standards, and GDPR-aligned processes.
What about power cuts or internet outages?
Facilities operate with backup internet and redundant power systems to protect uptime and continuity.
Do you provide training?
We ensure candidates are capable and experienced for the role. Role-specific and process-specific training is usually provided by you during onboarding — the same as any new starter — and we support that integration throughout the first month.
Do you offer part-time staff?
No. We focus exclusively on full-time roles — it's what makes the quality, consistency, and dedication of the model possible.
